Speak to Olaf Olafson in Olafstead to obtain the quest.

Upon arrival in the Alemoot speak to Sif Shadowhunter to start.

The object of the quest is to
Drink from each ale keg
Then move three kegs from the pile to the flag
Then drink from each keg by Sif Shadowhunter
Then run the slamon

You must beat Olaf's time to win this quest.
