On arrival in Eye of The North speak 2 Gwen in the Hall of Monuments and complete that quest then go back to Eye Of The North and speak to Gedrel Of Ascalon [Vanguard Herald] and he will give you an empty Handbook which will automatically record your adventures in Eye of the North which when full or partially full you can exchange for reputation points with various people later.
